Junior Lawyer (English fluent) - MAW

For our client, a prestigious international law firm, we are looking for a Junior Civil Lawyer. The ideal candidate has a solid knowledge of civil and commercial law and excellent English language skills, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities:

• Provide legal assistance and consultancy in civil and commercial law matters.
• Draft legal documents, contracts, and opinions in both Italian and English.
• Support litigation processes, including hearings and negotiations.
• Interact with national and international clients.
• Assist in handling complex legal cases.

Requirements:

• Law degree and qualification to practice law.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in law firms or corporate environments.
• Strong knowledge of civil and commercial law.
• Fluent English (C1 level or higher), with the ability to draft legal documents in the language.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and client management skills.
• Team-oriented mindset and results-driven approach.
