JUNIOR LEGAL COUNSEL - EXTERNAL CONSULTANT

Junior Legal Counsel - External Consultant About the job We are looking for a Junior Legal Counsel to join the Legal team. You will report to the Legal Counsel and provide legal expertise on the drafting, negotiation and implementation of a wide range of commercial agreements, regulatory matters and corporate compliance. Main Tasks

Working closely with the General Counsel in the assessment and management of legal affairs focusing on commercial, contractual and regulatory matters Providing general, commercial legal and regulatory advice in multiple jurisdictions Drafting and negotiating domestic and international agreements, including real estate leases, distribution, franchising, agency, service and license agreements Instructing and managing external legal counsels Applying combined business and legal judgment to proposed deals, strategic relationships and other issues requiring legal or compliance attention Working with the business team as a business partner to identify opportunities to drive business forward Maintaining the legal archive Providing operational support in corporate governance Assisting in the implementation and update of corporate compliance, specifically regarding Legislative Decree 231/01 and Data Protection (GDPR) NdA, LoI, Sponsorship and Marketing Conduct legal research

Profile

3+ in a similar role, preferably in the fashion/luxury industry Lawyer qualification is mandatory Fluency in English Attention to details and accuracy Organizational and time management skills Ability to deliver high-quality work under deadlines Good negotiation and analytical skills High degree of autonomy and ability to work in team
