We are looking for a Junior Logistics Coordinator to join our Logistics Team. Based at our Headquarters in Parma (Italy), you will undergo a comprehensive growth path. You will learn how to manage complex project logistics, including accommodation camps, warehouses, company fleets, and material flows, with a specific focus on international pipeline projects.
Flexibility is our Key Factor: This is a dynamic role designed for someone who thrives on flexibility. While your home base will be in Parma, this position is a springboard for international field assignments. You must be fully available and enthusiastic about traveling and spending frequent and/or extended periods on-site (both EU and non-EU countries), depending on project needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Warehouse & Stock Management: Support and supervise the Project Warehouse Coordinator (WCC) in daily management, stock updates, analysis, and monthly reporting to the Head of Logistics.
- Fleet & Asset Coordination: Ensure the correct utilization and maintenance of the company’s project fleet via the yard supervisor (Capo Piazzale ). Take formal responsibility for equipment tracking and demobilization.
- Camp & Site Operations: Oversee the operational performance of temporary accommodation and industrial bases through the Camp Boss, monitoring lodging conditions and related costs.
- Procurement & Local Vendors: Liaise with local vendors to collect materials/services, ensuring alignment with project schedules and proper documentation for the AFC department.
- International Supply Chain: Work closely with the HQ Forwarding and Customs Advisor (FCA) to manage incoming material flows from abroad.
- Safety First: Ensure that all project safety and HSEQ standards are strictly met by all personnel on-site and in the warehouse.
Requirements:
- Education: Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, International Business, or a related technical field.
- Mindset: A strong "pioneer spirit", problem-solving attitude, and adaptability to multicultural environments.
- Travel Availability: Total flexibility and availability for long-term international travel/field assignments (essential requirement).
- Languages: Fluent in English (written and spoken). Knowledge of a second language is a plus.
- Experience: Prior internships or light experience (1–2 years) in logistics, operations, or construction environments is appreciated but not mandatory. A passion for the energy/pipeline sector is what we are really looking for.
