We are looking for a Junior Associate (NQ–2 PQE) to join the close-knit but growing corporate team.

The Role
- Assisting on a broad range of M&A transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, and reorganisations.
- Managing due diligence processes and drafting key transaction documents (SPAs, disclosure letters, shareholder agreements).
- Taking ownership of smaller matters and workstreams as you grow in confidence.
- Collaborating directly with founders, CEOs, and investors.
About You
- ****Qualified lawyer with a strong academic background.
- Trained at a reputable law firm with 1yrs + experience in Corporate/M&A.
- A commercial mindset—you understand that law is a tool to help businesses achieve their goals.
- A team player who values a kind, collaborative, and ego-free workplace.
