Our Team is in hypergrowth and we are looking for a
Junior Operations & Customer Service Specialist
WHAT WILL YOU DO: ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
You will join a dynamic team reporting directly to the Operations Control Center Manager and
you will take care of the following activities:
• TROUBLESHOOTING & SERVICES SCOUTING
Operational support in the organization, management and follow-up activities about
IROPs (flight cancellations, flight delays and diversions) vs. customers
• PASSENGERS & CREWS EXPERIENCE ORGANISING
Organization and management of the suppliers line for the correct and efficient
organization of services requested by the IROPs (Transfers/HOTAC/Refreshments for
crews and PAX)
Other activities: databases updating, processes and procedures optimization and any further
day-by-day tasks.
WORKING HOURS
Our Operations Control Center is always active: 24/7 year-round!
The job is organized in three shifts all year long, with the aim of supporting airport and
transportation operations, by providing assistance to airlines that may require our help at any
time.

• Your Italian and English languages knowledge is at a very good working level
• Your MS Office skills are good
The knowledge of French, Spanish and German languages is a nice to have, as a former work
experience in Aviation/Transport/Tourism Industry.
