About the Role We're looking for an

Operations Specialist

to join our team. A unique opportunity to gain exposure to both

client-facing growth work

and internal operational processes within the finance industry, and learning how a

fintech scales

from the inside.

Key responsibilities

Support the implementation of new client projects by managing operational activities, gathering and documenting requirements, and ensuring timely delivery in collaboration with internal teams.

Maintain

ongoing contact with clients

during project setup and execution, ensuring clarity on timelines, deliverables, and feedback loops.

Assist the

Business Development team

with research, preparation of client materials, and follow-up activities related to ongoing or prospective partnerships.

Liaise with

internal teams

(Product, Research, Engineering, and Operations) to ensure project milestones are met and any blockers are promptly resolved.

Contribute to the

optimization

of internal workflows, documentation standards, and reporting tools to enhance operational efficiency.

Maintain accurate

project documentation

and ensure information is properly tracked in project management tools.

Assist with

market benchmarking

and research on potential prospects, preparing background briefs and

use-cases .

What We're Looking For

2 - 3 years of professional experience in operations, client delivery, consulting, or a comparable role requiring coordination across teams;

Degree in Finance, Economics, Business,

Management Engineering

or a related quantitative field;

A working understanding of how commercial, technical, and research functions fit together within a company, and the ability to learn an

unfamiliar domain

quickly;

Comfortable stepping into an existing workstream, keeping it running smoothly, and taking

ownership

over time;

Fluent written and spoken

English , with the ability to communicate confidently with senior external stakeholders.

Bonus Points

Prior exposure to ISO standards or certification processes is a plus;

Experience in fintech, banking, asset management, or consulting, whether academic or professional;

Comfortable working with data and spreadsheets;

Genuine

curiosity for financial markets , alternative data, or quantitative research;

Working proficiency with

project management

and documentation tools (e.g., Notion, Asana, Jira, Confluence, or similar).
