Junior Product Specialist - Internship

* Effettuerai analisi di mercato e attività benchmark;* Partendo dalle necessità del cliente, supporterai l'area nella creazione e nella manutenzione dei prodotti e dei servizi bancari;* Affiancherai i colleghi senior nell’attività di assistenza di secondo livello alla Rete Commerciale* Garantirai la migliore user experience per il cliente interno ed esterno attraverso anche attività di User Testing;* Presidierai lo stato di avanzamento dei progetti nella sua quotidianità collaborando alla risoluzione di eventuali criticità;* Dialogherai e collaborerai con le funzioni specialistiche (es.
