As a Junior Project Manager in Healthcare, you will coordinate IT healthcare projects in Italy within IQVIA’s Real World Solutions team. You’ll interface with product management, trainers, consultants and customers to track progress, risks and changes. You’ll support project planning, cost and resource tracking, and aid in creating Statements of Work. The role blends healthcare digitalization initiatives with cross‑functional collaboration to improve patient outcomes and efficiency. Benefits

Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Biotechnology or related Between 2 and 5 years' experience in Project Management Preferred: PMP, AgilePM or Prince2 certification, ITIL 4 Foundation Knowledge of eHealth environment and standards (HL7, FHIR, IHE) Fluent English and native Italian Good organization and summarization capabilities Teamwork and communication skills
