Ykone Milano is actively seeking a candidate for the position of JUNIOR PROJECT MANAGER with expertise in Fashion & Lifestyle. In this role, you will be supporting senior
team members in developing digital communication campaigns and special projects for
clients and brands.
Key activities and responsabilities:
- Talent Scouting: Identifying national and international talents
- Client Management Assistance: Assisting in the management of one or more clients independently
- Research Support : Conducting research to source video, photo, and makeup professionals
- Proposal Assistance : Collaborating on persuasive proposal development
- Budget Coordination: Assisting in the strategic management of budgets
- Influencer Marketing Campaign Support: Supporting the execution of impactful campaigns
- Production and Event Coordination: Assisting in the logistics of photo, video, and event organization
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Influencer Marketing agencies (1–2 years maximum).
- Excellent knowledge of the Influencer and KOL landscape, both nationally and internationally
- Profound understanding of Social Media marketing dynamics
- Familiarity with the Office suite, macOS, and proficiency in Google Drive programs
- Knowledge of major social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, etc.)
- Excellent command of spoken and written English (C1 level) and Italian (C1 level)
