How You’ll Make An Impact
- Support project execution strategies, including resource planning and risk management, ensuring alignment with Business Unit Management.
- Establish and maintain project execution activities to meet targets for time, cost, deliverables, and quality.
- Identify and manage risks and opportunities throughout project execution, sharing lessons learned across the organization.
- Analyze scope of supply and customer contract agreements, ensuring clarity and compliance.
- Ensure full compliance with safety standards, specifically law 81/08, and systematically share relevant project information with all stakeholders.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in engineering, preferably in Electrical Engineering.
- At least 3 years of experience in turn-key EPC contracts and knowledge of high voltage substations (AIS & GIS) and FACTS.
- Knowledge of contract law, commercial and quality topics, and Environmental Health and Safety standards (D.Lgs 81/08) for construction sites.
- Fluency in English and Italian.
- Availability for national and international business trips (up to 25% during project execution).
- Project management certification (PMI, IPMA, etc.) is a plus.
