Job Mission

Position: Junior Purchasing Specialist

Responsibilities include ensuring the correct procurement of packaging materials, applying Lean methodologies for an efficient supplier portfolio, and ensuring compliance with technical, quality, and sustainability standards.

Key Duties

  1. Monitor orders and supply confirmations, communicate with suppliers regarding deliveries, advances, and postponements.
  2. Enter article data, customs, and related information.
  3. Send validation forms to new suppliers.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management Engineering or Economics.
  • Fluent in English.
  • One year of experience in a similar role in multinational and industrial contexts is a plus.
  • Knowledge of the packaging material market is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal, teamwork, and communication skills.
  • Passion for the cosmetic sector.
  • Analytical skills, adaptability, and problem-solving attitude.
  • Knowledge of MRP logic is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
