  • Expand the customer base across Italy while strengthening and growing existing accounts
  • Proactively identify, qualify, and develop high-potential business opportunities
  • Translate customer needs and challenges into customized technical solutions
  • Manage and advance projects end-to-end, from initial contact through design-in to revenue generation
  • Serve as the central point of contact between customers, suppliers, and internal engineering teams
  • Represent the company at client meetings, trade fairs, and key industry events

Your Profile

  • Strong “hunter” mindset with a high level of ownership and a clear focus on closing deals
  • Technically curious, with the ability to understand customer needs and translate them into effective solutions
  • Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Self-driven and comfortable working independently in a performance-oriented environment
  • Engineering background with around 3+ years of experience in technical sales or application roles
  • Interest in photonics, thermal management, or power technologies
  • Experience in consultative or solution-based selling is an advantage
