Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Junior Sales Representative to help drive our sales efforts and expand our footprint across the European market. The ideal candidate is a passionate and results-oriented individual, eager to build a career in international sales. This role requires extensive travel and offers a unique opportunity to develop relationships with clients across diverse cultures and markets.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and qualify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
Support the Senior Sales team in managing sales cycles from initial contact to contract closing.
Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing timely and effective support.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
Travel extensively across Europe (approximately 65-80% of the time) to attend client meetings, industry events, and trade shows.
Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to ensure a cohesive and effective go-to-market strategy.
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the company system.
Qualifications and Skills
Essential:
High school diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Fluency in English is mandatory (written and spoken).
A strong desire to build a career in sales and a passion for achieving targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
Willingness and ability to travel up to 80% of the time across Europe.
Valid driver's license and passport.
Preferred:
1-2 years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role.
Proficiency in at least one other major European language.
Fluency or professional proficiency in German is highly valued.
Familiarity with the outdoor equipment/trekking industry is a plus.
