Role
As a Junior Tender & Proposal Assistant, you will support our Sales & Marketing team in researching and managing national and international bids across both commercial and public sectors.
This entry-level position offers you the chance to engage directly with international policy dynamics, funding programmes, and cooperation projects, gaining insight into the operational side of project development and public procurement.

What You’ll Do
- Monitor international, European, and national calls for tenders and grant opportunities relevant to public policy, sustainability, social impact
- Support the preparation and submission of documentation for competitive bidding, funding applications, and multi-partner projects (in Italian and English – minimum B2)
- Conduct research and basic analysis to inform proposal content, with guidance from more senior team members
- Gather administrative, legal, and policy-related material to build strong applications
- Liaise with institutional, private and third-sector partners
- Ensure compliance with deadlines and procedural frameworks
What You Bring
- Degree in Political Science, International Relations, Economics, Law or a related field
- Interest in public policies, international cooperation, and institutional project management
- At least 6 months’ experience—internship or otherwise—in research, administration, documentation, or support roles (curricular or extra-curricular)
- Strong organizational skills, attention to process and detail
- Good English and Italian (B2 or higher)
- Proficiency in Word and Excel
- Team-oriented attitude, curiosity, and an analytical mindset
