Luxury Brand is looking for a Junior Talent Acquisition & Operations Specialist. You’ll have the chance to support the HR Business Partner in all recruiting and operational activities.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead the recruiting process for all the HQ functions: job postings, CV screening, phone interviews, schedule meetings with HR Business Partner and line managers
  • Build and nurture talent pipelines through market mapping, networking, and proactive outreach, ensuring a strong bench for current and future needs
  • Monitor recruitment reporting, KPIs, budgets, and compliance to optimize performance.
  • Update employee data in our HR systems
  • Prepare contracts and other administrative documentations
  • Support in all HR operations activities


EXPERIENCES

  • At least 1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition (plus if from a luxury brand)
  • Good knowledge of HR main processes
  • Multi-tasking and time management skills
  • Good knowledge of Excel and PPT
  • Ability to appropriately handle confidential information
  • Good communication skills
  • Attentive to details
  • Fluent in English
