Overview:
Want to be part of a hyper growth, fast paced, global business that is radically changing the decades old delivery universe as we know it? If so, read on, as we’re looking for a Talent Acquisition specialist to join our HR team! Reporting to our Head of HR, you will be helping us drive our ambitious growth plans by partnering with the teams such as commercial, operations, data and customer experience to support fast growth across the business and in achieving our goals for talent.
Responsibilities:
Recruitment Support
- Assist in drafting and publishing job descriptions on various platforms (job boards, social media, company website)
- Screen CVs and applications to identify suitable candidates
- Conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess candidate fit
- Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS)
Candidate Experience
- Ensure timely and professional communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Support onboarding activities for new hires (e.g., sending welcome emails, Onboarding Agenda, coordinating with HR and IT)
- Taking care of the OnBoarding surveys’ sending
Reporting & Analytics
- Prepare and update recruitment reports/dashboards/pivot
- Take care of the WBR (Weekly Business Review) to share updated data with other departments (e.g. HC, FTEs, interns etc.)
- Track and analyze sourcing effectiveness and candidate feedback
Employer Branding
- Support employer branding initiatives (e.g., social media posts, career events, university partnerships)
- Help organize and participate in job fairs, campus recruiting events, and other talent outreach activities
What you need to succeed:
- You have a degree in psychology of work or related fields
- 1/2 years of experience in identifying and sourcing in a fast paced, high growth environment or in an working agency
- Excellent level of English and Italian (written and spoken)
- You’re passionate about building recruitment processes and best practice
- You care about delivering a great experience and deliver with attention to detail
- You have great communication skills and can adapt to your audience, working with stakeholders at various levels of seniority
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of HR softwares (Teamtailor – HiBob)
- Knowledge of CCNL Commercio
- Based in Lombardia (Preferably Milano)
