Junior Technical Architect / Building Engineer

Design From Anywhere, Impact Everywhere!Associated Architects is looking for a motivated junior technical architect, building engineer, or construction-focused architectural designer to collaborate with our architectural and engineering office on high-end residential, hospitality, commercial, and mixed-use projects in the Caribbean.This is a mainly remote position, allowing you to work from your own location while coordinating digitally with our design team. Occasional visits to our office or project sites in the Caribbean may be possible depending on the project.We are looking for fresh talent with strong AutoCAD skills, good technical curiosity, and enough practical experience to work on architectural final design and construction documentation.The right candidate must already understand how buildings are put together and be able to prepare clear architectural drawings, construction details, sections, elevations, and schedules, while growing within an experienced design team.This role is ideal for someone early in their career who wants to grow fast, work on international projects, and gain experience in a Caribbean context where design must respond to climate, wind resistance, construction practicality, material selection, and high-quality architecture.We are also interested in candidates who are comfortable using digital tools and AI systems to improve workflow, check consistency, research technical solutions, and verify outputs.
