The resource will support the sales department in the operational and administrative management of customers, ensuring efficient and timely service to agents, distributors, and direct clients.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities required

  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with main ERP systems (e.g., ERP / AS400)
  • Good command of English; additional languages are a plus
