Experteer Overview

In this SysOps Expert role, you own mission‑critical IT operations across hybrid on‑premises and cloud environments to ensure reliability, performance, and scalability. You will work in a diverse, international team, shaping operational strategy and driving continuous improvement. You’ll lead end‑to‑end operational governance and partner with suppliers and global teams to deliver across enterprise systems. This position offers autonomy, exposure to advanced technologies, and a clear impact on service reliability at scale.

• Own daily operations for hybrid infrastructures (private & public cloud) and ensure SLA compliance through proactive monitoring and automation
• Manage and evolve cloud operations (AWS & private cloud) with data‑driven reporting to stakeholders
• Serve as technical reference point for critical infrastructure domains and lead governance with suppliers/outsourced partners
• Contribute to project design/execution across Agile and Waterfall delivery models
• Drive Incident, Change, and Problem Management following ITIL best practices
• Lead complex troubleshooting, identify root causes, and ensure sustainable remediation
• Collaborate with Service Owners, regional/global teams, brands, and technology entities

Responsabilità

• 7+ years of experience in complex, enterprise‑scale, hybrid environments
• Strong technical expertise in systems administration, automation, and CloudOps/DevOps
• End‑to‑end infrastructure knowledge: virtualization, storage, backup, monitoring, service reliability
• Comfortable in international, distributed contexts with stakeholder influence
• Fluent English; Italian is a plus
• Experience with Linux & Windows, virtualization platforms, and cloud platforms
