Overview

In this role you will drive profitable NSV growth for allocated customers, managing internal and external commercial relationships to implement customer solutions. You will turn customer plans into action through negotiations, forecasting, and trade revenue optimization, contributing to category growth and product launches. You’ll work closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver measurable results aligned with company objectives. This is a hands‑on, collaborative role that blends sales execution with strategic account management in a dynamic market. Responsibilities

Achieve profitable sales growth with assigned customers Execute customer business plans via opportunities and negotiations Manage customer relationships and implement solutions for revenue, profitability, and category growth Forecast accurately, ensure timely follow‑through, and optimize trade revenue within budget Support promotions, pricing, new product launches, and product range decisions Qualifications

Some commercial experience in selling, negotiating, and leveraging insights to deliver customer plans Experience with customer‑facing roles delivering solutions around promotion or pricing Exposure to category management and ability to tell the category story Experience in budget management and/or trade revenue optimization Employee Benefits
