two experienced Key Account Managers
to join our Headquarters in Italy:
Key Account Manager – Slovenian Market
Key Account Manager – Italian Market
We are looking for ambitious sales professionals who are passionate about building strong customer relationships, developing premium FMCG brands, and driving sustainable business growth.
What You'll Be Responsible For Strategic Account Management
Develop and maintain relationships with key retail customers.
Negotiate annual agreements, trade terms, promotions, and joint business plans.
Drive long-term partnerships and business growth.
Commercial Development
Achieve sales, profitability, and market share objectives.
Identify new business opportunities within assigned accounts.
Develop and execute account-specific growth strategies.
Planning & Analysis
Prepare sales forecasts and budgets.
Monitor market trends, customer developments, and competitor activity.
Analyse business performance and identify growth opportunities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with the Marketing, Customer Service, Finance, and other departments.
Ensure flawless execution of commercial plans and promotional activities.
What We're Looking For
Preferred 3 years of Key Account Management experience in FMCG.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Commercial mindset with excellent analytical abilities.
Experience managing retail chains or strategic customers.
KAM Slovenia: Fluent English, Italian and Slovenian.
KAM Italy: Fluent English and Italian. Slovenian is considered an advantage.
