Experteer Overview

As Senior Key Account Manager, you will maximize Straumann’s share in the DSO channel by growing existing accounts and winning new ones. You work closely with the Head of DSO Italy to execute local tactics that align with the DSO strategy and growth targets.

You will engage with corporate stakeholders to shape partnerships, drive multi‑offering solutions, and improve conversion through evidence‑based approaches. This role offers impact by expanding the portfolio within large DSOs and contributing to a global competence center for operational excellence.

  • Increase sales and market share across the Straumann Group portfolio within DSOs
  • Map and engage dental chains and clinic groups; identify stakeholders and unmet needs
  • Define yearly plans to achieve sales and acquisition targets for single accounts
  • Coordinate with marketing, training, sales, and back office to implement collaborations
  • Negotiate at C‑level and with purchasing/clinical teams to establish winning contracts
  • Create customer‑specific short‑to‑mid‑term business plans with integrated solutions
  • Maintain regular senior stakeholder contacts at corporate groups
  • Visit clinics regularly to evaluate opportunities and ensure plan execution
  • Lead quarterly reviews with management teams of Straumann and partner organizations
  • Share best practices with regional KAMs and participate in a center of competence for DSO operations

Responsabilità

  • Experience as KAM or closing large, complex deals in a sales function
  • Experience in Health/Medical industry
  • Fluency in Italian and English (oral and written)
  • At least 5 years of sales experience; dental market experience is a plus
  • Knowledge of marketing and sales strategy planning, market and competition analysis
