ABOUT THE JOB
The ideal candidate is a passionate, self-motivated and goal-oriented team player who is committed to the success of our customers. You will focus on growing and developing existing clients, as well as generating new business by identifying, implementing and executing new strategies.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute the commercial plan for Italy in alignment with the Company and Group strategy.
- Manage the assigned clients with an integrated approach, offering and developing value added solutions through a consultative sales style aimed at fostering innovation and business growth, identifying client needs and new opportunities to generate additional revenue streams.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships based on a partnership approach.
- Negotiate multi-year and one-time agreements, including all related commercial terms.
- Manage sales opportunities (cross-selling and upselling) for the assigned customers, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
MAIN ACTIVITIES
- Gain in-depth knowledge of the reference market, including competitors, pricing strategies and customer positioning.
- Manage commercial negotiations and related contractual aspects.
- Contribute to define business targets for assigned customers, promoting initiatives aimed at developing new business models.
- Collaborate actively with internal departments (Finance, Customer & Technical Operations, Legal...) to deliver tailored solutions that maximize customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and control the sales budget and revenue performance for the assigned clients.
- Oversee the entire commercial process, from initial sale to cash collection.
REQUIREMENTS
- At least 10 year of proven experience in Telecommunication sales.
- Knowledge of telecommunication systems and networks.
- English language proficiency.
- Microsoft Office proficiency.
PREFERRED
- Knowledge of tower infrastructure business.
- Knowledge of DAS systems.
- Experience in working in international environments.
- Spanish language.
