ROCKWOOL Italia is looking for a Key Account Manager – ROCKPANEL to strengthen our presence in the Italian ventilated façade market, ensure alignment across sales, marketing, technical and market execution and accelerate profitable growth.
With ROCKPANEL, we bring innovative façade cladding solutions to life, supporting architects, installers, façade specialists and developers in creating high-performance and beautiful building envelopes.
Italy (with regular travel within Italy+ occasional international)
Key Account Manager Façade
Cross-functional execution: coordinate with Business Development, Technical, Product Management, Marketing & Communication, Sales Support and Supply Chain to ensure market fit, clear positioning, and excellent project delivery.
Marketing support (documentation/tools/web): support internal stakeholders with documentation aligned to ROCKPANEL and ROCKWOOL Italia standards and needs.
Pricing support: maintain price lists and support the sales organization on project pricing strategies.
Experience in the building / façade industry (construction products, cladding systems, façade contracting, specification or similar).
Strong technical competence combined with a commercial mindset and customer focus.
Proven ability in key account management and building long-term partnerships.
Fluency in Italian and English (spoken and written).
willingness to travel regularly.
A key role in growing a premium façade brand in a strategic market.
~ Full-time permanent contract and compensation levels benchmarked and aligned with market trends
