Key Account Manager Trucks & Light Vehicles (gn) - Location : Milano (Italy)

The Key Account Manager plays a crucial role in the company's business growth, focusing on Top National and International Customers in Italy, primarily in the Trucks and Light Vehicles segment.

Main Activities:

• Acquire Top National and International Customers in Italy for the Trucks and Light Vehicles Segment.
• Manage International Agreements involving Italian branches, with oversight by the International Key Account Management Department.
• Develop and maintain the assigned Customer portfolio in Italy for the Trucks and Light Vehicles Segment.
• Upsell and cross-sell DKV products and services within the customer portfolio.
• Define commercial offers, propose conditions, negotiate terms, and project margins.
• Conduct business analysis for customers, adopting a high-value consultancy approach.
• Analyze potential target markets.
• Maintain internal reporting using CRM software.
• Participate in planned business trade fairs and events.

What Makes You Stand Out:

• Residence in the Milano area.
• University degree, preferably in engineering, economics, or law.
• At least 8 years of proven sales experience, ideally in the B2B truck business, with successful outcomes.
• Strong commercial acumen, excellent presentation, and communication skills.
• Experience managing complex, structured, high-profile customers.
• Relevant technical sales and business analysis skills.
• A consultative approach to sales.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in English at B2 level or higher.
• Familiarity with CRM management software (preferably Microsoft Dynamics or SAP R3).
• Strong problem-solving attitude.
• Proactive, motivated, resilient, and willing to contribute to the company's success.
