To strengthen our presence in a strategic segment, we are looking for a professional with strong commercial experience in the pasta production industry.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop the client portfolio within the industrial pasta production sector (fresh, dry, or frozen pasta).
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers, understanding their production processes and anticipating their needs.
  • Promote customized technical solutions in collaboration with the engineering and product management teams.
  • Monitor market trends, identify business opportunities, and contribute to the company’s market penetration strategy.
  • Support post-sales processes and customer care to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Attend trade shows, industry events, and strategic networking activities.


Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience in the food industry, preferably in automation or material handling solutions.
  • Active presence in the pasta production industry and a pre-existing network of clients in the sector (pasta manufacturers, industrial producers, processing plants).
  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills, results-oriented, with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Self-driven with the ability to manage a sales territory independently; willingness to travel frequently across the country (and possibly abroad).
  • A technical background (e.g., mechanical, food engineering) is considered a plus.
