Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead the introduction and management of Honor products, including planning and forecasting, promotional planning, and account management.
  • Develop strategic partnership to maximize territory opportunities through key accounts and meet sell-through target.
  • Maintain daily customer relationships and ensure key accounts can support the Company’s business development needs.
  • Create and manage a sales pipeline, collaborating with partners in designated territories to ensure forecast accuracy for potential customers.
  • Complete routine channel management tasks, establish and implement business management processes for customer groups, and be responsible for key business metrics such as revenue, sales volume, and market share.
  • Manage contract negotiations to ensure seamless service delivery with designated partners.
  • Act as the primary brand representative, collaborating with the marketing team to execute brand and product promotion activities, enhance brand recognition, build brand loyalty, and improve sales performance.
  • Understand customer requirements and needs to offer suitable solutions and generate new business opportunities, ensuring timely delivery of services and products, and resolving issues to maintain and strengthen customer trust.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience, with a preference for experience in managing national key accounts.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively manage customer relationships.
  • Strong strategic thinking and market analysis capabilities, with the ability to develop and execute sales strategies.
  • Team player with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Fluent in English written and verbal communication
