Key Account Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to oversee sales and business development for port machineries in Italy . The role covers mobile container handling equipment (e.g., Reachstackers, Empty Container Handlers) and container handling cranes (e.g., Ship-to-Shore Cranes, Rubber-Tired Gantry Cranes, Rail-Mounted Gantry Cranes).
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers in the port and logistics industry.
- Identify business opportunities, manage customer accounts, and drive sales growth.
- Actively participate in tenders, negotiations, and contract discussions.
- Represent the company at industry fairs, networking events, and trade shows.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including technical and after-sales support, to meet customer needs.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in the port machinery or related heavy equipment industry.
- Strong network within the container handling and port operations sector.
- Preferably, it possesses technical knowledge of port machinery and handling equipment.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and networking skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Italy and internationally.
