About the job

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team and drive the growth of our High Efficiency Shell & Tube Heat Exchanger solutions in the Energy market (Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals & Refinery).

As a Key Account Sales Manager , your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and expanding the project pipeline of key accounts in the energy industry
  • Understanding customer processes and proposing tailor-made solutions for our specialized Shell & Tube heat exchanger range
  • Building strong, long-term relationships with stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Preparing and leading an optimized and competitive technical-commercial offer process, in collaboration with internal teams
  • Negotiating contracts worth several million euros
  • Monitoring market trends and identifying new business opportunities
  • Utilizing CRM tools and other sales platforms to support the sales process and ensure high-quality data for risk management and decision-making

What you need to know

  • 10+ years of technical sales experience in the Energy sector
  • Strong knowledge of Shell & Tube heat exchanger products and markets
  • Engineering degree (Mechanical, Process, or related field)
  • Experience working with EPCs, Licensors, and end-users in complex project environments in the Energy sector
  • Fluency in English
  • Willingness to travel for customer visits and site support (approximately 25%)
