Knowledge Associate, GMA

Experteer Overview

As a UL GMA Knowledge Associate, you will compile global regulatory insights and prepare comprehensive research reports under supervision. You’ll monitor regulatory updates, manage regulatory databases, and translate requirements into executive summaries for customers and business teams. You will serve as a point of contact with authorities and UL partners to gather knowledge for research and delivery projects. You will support business expansion opportunities and coordinate knowledge services for customers, contributing to UL Solutions’ mission of advancing safety and sustainability.

• Prepare comprehensive research reports on global regulatory requirements under supervision
• Provide global regulatory updates and monitor regulatory changes
• Manage regulatory databases and document management processes
• Interpret regulatory requirements to write executive summary reports for customers and business
• Act as point of contact with authorities/UL partners to obtain knowledge and requirements
• Identify new business opportunities by engaging with authorities/subcontractors and internal stakeholders
• Coordinate research studies across multiple products, regulations, and countries
• Support delivery path improvements and act as coordinator for knowledge services to customers

Responsabilità

• Minimum 2 years of related experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, International Relations, or related field preferred
• Knowledge of the TIC business
• Experience with cybersecurity and/or Artificial Intelligence standards and regulations
