We're a leading company in the e-commerce logistics field. We're looking for a L2 Proffessional to care about our warehouse software in Carpiano. If you're not looking for a corporate setting but a cool company with a startup vibe, Mailship is the right place for you!

What will be your rutine?

  • Support and troubleshooting our intern Warehouse Software .
  • Comunication: You will work with customer support in English and warehouse staff in our Italian warehouse.
  • Admin Support: You will be responsible for managing and administering various systems and accounts, assigning access and setting permissions.
  • Process improvement.
  • Learn and grow: You have a desire to develop our system and want to learn.



What skills and experience should you have?

  • IT support (or IT admin, Tester, ...) experince is a good start - and if you don't, you'll learn quickly!
  • Basic knowledge of SQL and Postman is great .
  • A good command of English - you'll need it to work with internal systems and communicate with colleagues.
  • You can explain things in simple terms.
