- Role Summary:
- We are seeking for a Senior Team Leader with strong project management capabilities to lead laboratory R&D initiatives and drive project execution. This role combines scientific oversight with team coordination, project planning, and collaboration with operations, IP, and external partners. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with Brenta’s strategic goals.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate R&D teams in the development of innovative drug delivery solutions
- Manage project planning, resource allocation, timelines, and budgets
- Ensure lab operations meet safety, quality, and regulatory standards
- Define and maintain SOPs, perform risk assessments, and apply QbD principles
- Support intellectual property strategy through patents and publications
- Represent Brenta at scientific conferences and industry events
- Mentor and develop staff within the team
- Collaborate on project budgeting and vendor selection
- Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Degree in Chemistry or a related scientific field
- Solid experience in laboratory management and project leadership
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage technical teams
- Fluent in Italian and English
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Experience with regulatory documentation and IP support is advantageous
