Land Registry Specialist

RINA is currently recruiting for a Land Registry Specialist to join its office in Milano within the Real Estate General Management Division.

Key Accountabilities

• Aggiornamento database immobiliare
• Catalogazione e archiviazione documentale
• Revisione pratiche edilizie
• Revisione pratiche catastali
• Aggiornare planimetrie CAD
• Nello svolgimento di tale attività la risorsa lavorerà a stretto contatto con il Responsabile dell’Area specifica dedicata alla gestione patrimoni immobiliari

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture

Qualifications

• Ottima conoscenza dei software Excel, Autocad, Adobe Acrobat
• Precisione, ordine e accuratezza nello svolgimento delle mansioni
• Capacità di interazione con clienti e collaboratori
• Competenze in project management
• È richiesta un’esperienza di almeno 7 anni.
• Completano il profilo dinamicità, concretezza, doti di precisione ed organizzazione delle attività
