Lawyer - Tax, Transfer Pricing

We are currently recruiting a talented lawyer to join our Transfer Pricing group within the Tax Department in Milan. Responsibilities

• Transfer pricing advisory activities, including structuring transfer pricing policies across different types of transactions and business sectors; preparation of related documentation and supporting analyses, including economic analyses and benchmarking of intercompany financial transactions and profit attribution to permanent establishments.
• Transfer pricing risk prevention/management activities (e.g., ICAP, unilateral and multilateral APAs, MAPs, Tax Audits). Advised clients on international taxation and tax risk compliance.

About You

• Graduated with excellent academic marks, and admitted to the Italian Bar.
• We do not set upper or lower limits of PQE for any vacancies; candidates with between 1 and 3 years’ PQE are likely to have the right level of legal knowledge and experience for this role.
• Previous experience in international tax and transfer pricing matters.
• Excellent communication and drafting skills in both Italian and English.
• Service minded, organized and able to meet deadlines.
• Positive mentality with a "can do" attitude.
• Demonstrate a desire to achieve excellence.
• Open to changing environments which require daily learning.
