Hands‑on Salesforce experience Bachelor in Computer Science Fluency in Italian and English Experience delivering Digital Transformation for customers Proven track record in solution engineering, consultancy, delivery, or training for enterprise software Strong oral, written, presentation, and interpersonal skills Proven time management in a dynamic team Team player with problem‑solving abilities Curious, practical, and passionate about technology and knowledge sharing Willing and able to travel occasionally Alignment with core competencies for the role
