As a Lead Electronic Engineer, you will steer local electronics development within global project setups. You will create concepts, develop, commission and verify circuits for high-volume devices, while addressing EMC considerations and ensuring compliance in internal or partner labs. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across locations and follow the Product Creation Process to shape robust architectures. This role offers impact through leading electronics design and integration within a multinational environment. You will engage in investigations and root-cause analysis to sustain device performance in operation.

Qualifications

• More than 5 years of experience as Electronic Engineer with successful industrial development projects
• Experience in international development teams
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering
• Deep know-how in analog and digital circuit design and embedded systems including field bus
• Solid understanding of electronics manufacturing, production and quality aspects
• Proactive and self-organized with strong communication skills
• Structured working style and experience collaborating with colleagues at different locations
• Excellent English skills
