Lead Fire Suppression Designer

Job Overview

We are looking for a proven fire protection engineer to join our fire protection engineering business in Italy. This role works as part of the European team on international projects, contributing to the development and adoption of design methodologies and standards worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Help customers find more innovative and transformative approaches.
• Advise on unique projects across the country and collaborate with technical experts across Europe.
• Prepare and present technical reports and presentations.
• Supervise project management.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Extensive experience designing sprinkler systems and fire protection system design across all types of construction, including supervision to construction.
• Knowledge of Italian and international fire engineering norms.
• Customer‑service experience with a commercial approach and ability to respond to customer needs.
• Advantage: registration on the Ministry List (law 818/84).
• Good communication and time‑management skills.
• Willingness and ability to innovate.
• Team player capable of working effectively with colleagues at all levels in a global matrix organization.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering or a related field.
• Experience with relevant engineering software such as hydraulic calculation software (AutoCAD, Revit, SprinkCAD, etc.).
