We’re looking for a proactive Lead Generation Specialist to join our team!

If you have a strong commercial mindset, love connecting with people, and are excited by the idea of fueling business growth in an informal and innovative environment, this one’s for you.

You’ll be the starting point of our sales pipeline, identifying and qualifying potential clients across Italy and international markets. Your job will be to spot opportunities, open conversations, and collaborate closely with our CEO and Strategy Officer to turn interest into impact.

• Research and identify new leads and business opportunities, especially in the manufacturing sector (Italy + abroad).
• Qualify leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels to assess fit and potential.
• Build and maintain a structured database of leads, keeping it fresh and clean.
• Develop outreach campaigns with the Strategy and Marketing team.
• Attend industry events and trade shows to gather contacts and insights.

What we're looking for:

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar Lead Gen, Sales Development, or Business Development role (preferably in IT or digital/scale-up environments).
• Excellent English (written and spoken)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A curious, proactive, and self-driven attitude.
• Comfortable using CRM tools and platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator
