Lead IC Layout Engineer - 7nm Mixed-Signal Expert

2D Photonics in Italy is seeking a Lead IC Layout Engineer to establish and lead the layout function for advanced Electronic Integrated Circuits (EICs). This role requires extensive experience in IC layout for advanced CMOS FinFET technologies below 7 nm, paired with strong leadership skills. You will build and mentor a high-performing layout team and work closely with circuit designers, managing layout methodologies and ensuring quality standards. Familiarity with Cadence Virtuoso is a must.
