Lead Manufacturing Specialist – Warehouse & Inventory
Responsible for acting as the Inventory Focal Point, ensuring alignment between physical stock and SAP records for the plant to meet business objectives. Manage cycle counting activities within the warehouse and inventory area.
Essential Responsibilities
- Act as Inventory Focal Point, ensuring accurate alignment of physical inventory with SAP for the plant.
- Manage AT Spare parts, inter‑plant deliveries, and subcontracting flows.
- Collaborate with warehouse team to resolve SAP‑related issues (picking, goods movements, payments, SAP/EJLOG Automatic Warehouse).
- Apply and promote the FLIGHT DECK model to improve and accelerate all processes within the function.
- Drive problem solving, quickly understanding issues and engaging the correct stakeholders/functions.
- Lead and coordinate cycle counting activities (rotating inventory) for the Rivalta plant.
- Coordinate transfer AT flows for spare parts, ensuring accuracy and on‑time execution.
- Coordinate inter‑plant and subcontracting deliveries, guaranteeing data integrity and correct documentation.
- Continuously improve warehouse management and internal logistics flows, leveraging the FLIGHT DECK model.
- Act as a flexible resource (“utility player”) within the team, supporting colleagues in achieving day‑to‑day operational targets.
Qualifications / Requirements
- High school diploma, preferably from a technical/industrial institute.
- Basic knowledge of English (written and spoken).
- Significant previous experience within Logistics, Warehouse and Materials areas in white‑collar roles.
- Work Visa, in accordance with local regulation, is required.

- Good product knowledge and high sensitivity in handling aeronautical parts, with strong attention to compliance and traceability.

- Flexibility in working hours when required by production needs or emergencies.
- Proactivity in day‑to‑day warehouse management activities, with a strong sense of ownership.
- Strong focus on safety and quality, consistently applying company standards and best practices.
- Knowledge of internal logistics flows, from receiving to storage, picking, and shipping.
