As Brand Experience Team Lead, you will play a pivotal role in defining how the brand is perceived globally by driving research, strategy, and visionary thinking. Rather than focusing on implementation, this role centers on crafting high-level concepts and strategic frameworks that influence global brand perception and guide internal creative and marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Define forward-looking brand strategies aligned with global business goals
- Develop adaptable identity systems and scalable design principles
- Craft compelling brand narratives across digital, physical, and immersive experiences
- Conduct trend and consumer behavior research to guide brand evolution
- Partner with HQ and cross-functional teams to align creative direction
What We’re Looking For
- Master’s in Communication/Graphic Design or similar
- 10+ years in global brand building and identity systems
- Strong portfolio of strategic, future-oriented design work
- Expert in Adobe Suite, Figma, and motion/AI design tools
- Visionary thinker, strong communicator, inspiring leader
