Lead System Integration Engineer (Ref. XX4902)

Overview

Experienced technical leader driving validation and verification across complex vehicle software domains. You will define and implement test strategies, coordinate cross-team activities, and push test capability growth to align with the company’s electrification and software transformation. You’ll work in a global, collaborative environment to ensure robust E/E architectures and advanced domains like ADAS, infotainment, and telematics. This role offers hands‑on testing in vehicles and lab setups with meaningful impact on vehicle safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and/or Computer Engineering
• 3+ years of technical leadership in systems architecture/vehicle network development
• Strong understanding of E/E architecture features and functions
• Experience in ADAS, Infotainment, Telematics or E/E architecture development
• Ability to read and analyze CAN/LIN/Ethernet data
• Hands‑on experience with vehicles, SIL/HIL benches, and test environments
• Good understanding of microprocessor‑based electronics
• Strong analytical problem‑solving skills
• Knowledge of agile test methods and test automation
• Experience with complex test environments
• Experience in planning, status & risk reporting and escalation
