Leading strategic analysis of highly complex business, functional, and technical requirements, shaping testing direction across large, high‐risk, or multi‐stream initiatives**Financial knowledge in investment banking and accounting** 8-10 years of **experience in software testing or a comparable background** Practical coding experience (C# preferred; Python, JavaScript, or PowerShell also welcome) or strong tech‐savviness Experience in creating test automation scripts and scenarios is highly welcome Experience in usage of versioning control (Git/Azure DevOps or similar) Hands-on experience working within Agile methodology Elevating team performance through collaboration, coaching, and knowledge‐sharing **BENEFITS** Health insurance and pension plan connected to labor agreement .
