In questa role you lead Cisco Cloud compliance efforts across EMEA to enable secure cloud offerings. You will shape the regulatory strategy, align with CloudARC leadership and product teams, and drive readiness for certifications. You translate complex standards into scalable controls, guiding BUs and sales teams to meet global requirements. This is a chance to influence customer trust by advancing security compliance across a rapidly expanding cloud portfolio.

• Lead the EMEA compliance strategy for Cisco cloud offerings and drive readiness for new certifications
• Collaborate with compliance engineers to implement common control strategies and ensure internal readiness
• Partner with Business Units to adopt Common Cloud Controls and EMEA-specific frameworks
• Serve as SME for security compliance frameworks and EMEA data requirements to product and sales teams
• Conduct information security assessments and produce remediation-focused reports
• Develop and maintain the Product Compliance roadmap for EMEA frameworks with CloudARC, PM, and Market Access
• Support local compliance initiatives related to data privacy, security, and cloud compliance requirements

Responsabilità

• 6+ years in security or compliance roles
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Security (or related field)
• Experience influencing regulatory outcomes with industry groups and stakeholders
• Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms (preferably AWS)
• Proven track record in developing and maintaining security policies and control frameworks
• Deep expertise in ISO 27001, C5, ENS, ACN QC, and similar standards
• Understanding of IT security processes and their impact on compliance (AI/ML)
