At Vertiv, we build products that keep critical technologies running 24/7. We are proud to have been the first to protect mainframes with precision cooling systems, to introduce an integrated enclosure system to distributed networks, and to help some of the largest names in the industry bring new capacity online faster and at a lower cost when search and social media increased demand for storage and computing. Our portfolio spans power, thermal and infrastructure management products, software and solutions, and is complemented by a network of nearly 250 service centers worldwide.

Leads, Processes & Promotions Specialist – In this role you will be responsible for mapping the processes around leads and promotional activities within the Channel sales organization, bridging the gap between all current databases and optimizing the workflow of reseller requests. You will coordinate with Sales, offering management and marketing to implement sales‑driven promotions.

  • Lead Scoring: Ensure a scoring system that identifies when a customer in a "warm‑up" flow is ready for a sales call using Sixth Sense.
  • VPP Readiness – design a process that identifies ready‑to‑buy behavior in already registered partners and feeds it to sales or demand generation for follow‑up.
  • Promotional Coordination & Channel Programs: Coordinate with Sales, offering management and marketing to implement sales‑driven promotions, set recurrent promotional meetings, ensure all steps and approvals are followed, and deliver the agreed action plan within deadlines with launch content prepared.
  • Serve as the Voice of the Channel during product launches and promotional planning, ensuring partners receive specialized "To‑Partner" communications before the general public.
  • Capture reseller feedback from Sales and Demand Generation teams and present it in a structured way to the Marketing team to improve the reseller experience regarding the Vertiv Partner program, Vertiv Incentive program and related tools and promotions.
  • Strategic Profiling (The "Ideal Partner Profile"): Create a scoring system for partners based on their "SMB Penetration" and Technical Competency; identify key stakeholders at the partner level; research partners that are lead‑heavy for competitor products; audit partners by service capabilities to support sales; identify white space where a partner has a strong presence but Vertiv infrastructure products are missing.

Be innovative : bring your own ideas for improvements inside the team, and constantly look at each process and task with the goal of bringing more value to the customer, you, the team and the organization.
