Lean Manufacturing Manager - Bps

At Freud, a Bosch company, we lead continuous improvement within the framework of the Bosch Production System (BPS). We are seeking a Lean Manufacturing Manager to enhance value stream maturity, promote transparency in material and information flow, and contribute to waste reduction and elimination.

Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate BPS activities within the plant.
2. Support value stream leaders and management in implementing BPS principles and methods.
3. Act as a direct advisor to value stream leaders and plant management.
4. Support the implementation and adherence to BPS standards and moderate workshops to support improvement activities.
5. Define and partially execute training for associates on BPS methods.
6. Coach project leaders to achieve project targets.
7. Interface with Bosch central departments to follow BPS developments and strategies.

Requirements:

• Experience in production environments and project management.
• Strong communication skills.
• Knowledge and experience in implementing Lean manufacturing tools (e.g., Consumption control, standardized work, 5S, QCO, cyclic material supply). BPS knowledge is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Italian; German is a plus.
• Proficiency in Excel and Power BI.
• Analytical and structured working style.
