Experteer Overview
In this role you drive line performance improvements by leading Ferrero Operational Excellence and Smart Factory initiatives at the Sant'Angelo dei Lombardi and Caivano plants. You act as a change agent, partnering with plant leads to deploy optimization plans and train teams. You coach referents using train‑the‑trainer methods and consolidate progress across initiatives. You also own the Smart Factory rollout and ensure alignment with strategic objectives while developing people and cascading communication. This is a hands‑on, cross‑plant role that shapes performance culture and operational excellence.

- Lead Ferrero Operational Excellence rollout at the Plant and coordinate training sessions
- Coach Plant referents on methodologies and leverage train‑the‑trainer approach
- Consolidate and report progress of OE initiatives, trainings, and audits
- Manage Smart Factory rollout and deployment plans at the Plant
- Monitor and report progress of Plant initiatives to ensure alignment with strategic goals
- Ensure people management, motivation, competence development, and empowerment within the area
- Foster effective communication through line managers to teams
- Collaborate closely with Plant referents across two sites to drive improvements
Responsabilità
- Master in Engineering or related field
- 5‑8 years of experience in Continuous Improvement/Lean Manufacturing
- Fluency in Italian and English
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to guide heterogeneous groups and lead change
- Willingness to work at both Sant'Angelo dei Lombardi and Caivano plants
