Bormioli Pharma in Castelguelfo di Fontevivo (PR) seeks an experienced Production Manager to lead manufacturing operations, ensuring productivity, quality, efficiency, and service targets, and to drive Lean initiatives across the plant.
The role requires 3–4 years of PM experience in manufacturing, English fluency, and strong leadership with a continuous improvement mindset; experience in plastics or pharma is a plus. Salary ranges €60,000–€70,000 per year.
