InPost covers the Italian market with a network of 5000 PUDOs (Pick Up and Drop Off points) and 3000 fully automated parcel lockers (that are accessible 24/7) enabling customers to collect, send and return parcels at their earliest convenience. Job Summary:
We are looking for a Talent, Learning & Development Manager , ready to take on a managerial role while remaining actively involved in the operational aspects of learning and development .
This role will also play a key role in coordinating and guiding the recruitment function , ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about employee growth, eager to design and deliver impactful training programs, and ready to grow into a more strategic position over time.
You will work closely with department leaders to support training initiatives , coordinate learning activities , and contribute to building a culture of continuous development .
You will also support the Talent Acquisition Specialist in a supervisory role, providing strategic direction and operational guidance for recruitment activities .
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Leadership Team to identify training needs and development opportunities.
- Support the design and delivery of training programs (onboarding, soft skills, compliance, etc.).
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops , both in-person and online.
- Assist in the development of career paths and learning journeys for employees.
- Contribute to the implementation of leadership development initiatives
- Help manage and update content in the Learning Management System (LMS) .
- Monitor training participation and gather feedback to evaluate effectiveness .
- Promote a learning culture by encouraging participation in internal and external development opportunities.
- Supervise and provide guidance for the activities of the recruitment function
- Coordinate with external vendors and trainers for specific learning needs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or related fields .
- 4–5 years of experience in Learning & Development or HR, with some exposure to training design and delivery.
- Experience in recruitment or in coordinating recruitment activities to effectively support and guide the Talent Acquisition function.
- Previous experience in facilitating training sessions and working with LMS platforms.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and project coordination abilities.
- Fluent in English ; other languages are a plus.
Nice to Have:
- Exposure to leadership development or succession planning projects.
- Familiarity with e-learning tools , microlearning, or gamification.
- Certification in L&D (e.g., CPLP, ATD) is a plus but not required.
