You’ll Own:

• The full client lifecycle: from that first 'let’s talk' to 'this changed everything.'
• Work cross-functionally with a team of facilitators, designers, creatives and thinkers to deliver value that sticks.
• Growing accounts like a boss and chasing new ones like you’re on a mission from the learning gods.
• Spearheading our expansion and presence in Italy and the EU. with the confidence of someone who knows that learning is global but context is everything.

You Are:

• A business developer with L&D in your bloodstream.
• Obsessed with delivering value that actually lands.
• Comfortable running complex projects while staying human.
• A facilitator, not a lecturer. A listener, not a pusher.
• Ready to sell, solve, shake things up.
